I was raised in Antioch and moved to Stockton at the beginning of my high school year. I played softball for the majority of my life and played all throughout high school. Right out of high school I finally got my first job. That job was in the local mall at vans. I have grown over the year working at vans. While working retail has shown me how to go about ways dealing with multiple things. I even decided to get a second job in the mall as well. Can you guess? it's at a sunglass hut located in the same mall. I've definitely had my fair share of struggles having two jobs, but I soon realized that was okay I came up with a system and even make time for myself. My jobs are very understanding of my program and just my personal time in general. Right now, I am in the medical assistant program, and I couldn't be happier I've also wanted to be in the medical field because of my mom. she is a big influence on me, and just watching her when I was growing up helping others really brought joy to me. And I would just see signs everywhere like Instagram, TikTok, and commercials. promoting medical assistants. I just told myself why wait and just start now? So here we are I am ready to see where this program takes me and ready to start the journey that I've been waiting on.
