My time working at costco I would be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting members with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. • Provide information about Costco products, services, and membership benefits. • Process membership renewals, upgrades, and new applications. • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. • Uphold Costco’s commitment to excellent customer service and member satisfaction. • I was also helping outside pushing shopping carts into the store front • I also was in other departments during my whole year there, Like in our Deli department, I was back there for more then 6 months so, I was helping with our ready to eat meals I would send out at least 20 ready to eat meals each hour, Rotisserie Chickens I would serve at least 30-35 chickens every hour, I was also properly training our new employees when they first start working with us . • Another department I was also in was Bakery, My job duties at bakery was was wrapping and prepping, For wrapping I would have to wrap more then for example 53 cases of 12 packs of cookies every 4 hours, and for prepping i would prep at least do 120 cookies every 2 hours. • I was also In the electronic side of our department witch we call it MAJORS, its where we would sell our TVs, Jewelry, Gaming Consoles, Laptops, Watches, Fridges, Couches, ETC. My job duties in MAJORS were, Stocking up, Sell Laptops and TVS to our customers,I would sell a lot of to customers around Christmas time sold 30 pairs jewelry over the prices of $400 ,Clean up aisles, Help costumers with any questions they needed.
