Direct Care:**• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.• Provide medication management and administer medications as prescribed.• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.1. Communication:• Act as a liaison between clients, families, healthcare providers, and caregivers.• Document and report changes in clients' conditions to appropriate parties.• Coordinate with medical professionals for clients' health assessments and treatments.1. Administrative Duties:• Maintain accurate records of care provided and clients’ health status.• Schedule shifts and manage time-off requests for caregiving staff.• Handle emergencies and ensure proper incident reporting.• Quality Assurance:• Conduct regular inspections to ensure a clean and safe environment.• Implement quality improvement initiatives.• Address and resolve complaints from clients or their families.• Client Advocacy:• Advocate for clients' rights and needs within the care setting.• Ensure clients' dignity, privacy, and independence are respected.• Health and Safety:• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.• Provide first aid and emergency response as necessary.• Promote infection control practices.
