During this role I ensured that the 314 unit property was running smoothly. I communicated with residents about renewals, issues with neighbors, or any scheduled upkeep that would be taking place. I made myself available to staff to discuss any questions or problems that may have come up. I made certain that my staff was up to date on training and any new policies that were in place.

While I was maintaining this role in multi family, my main responsibility was ensure residents' balances were in good standing and to do that I had to scan payments, check online payments, sort through aged receivable reports, and communicate to residents about any discrepancies. When I wasn't busy with resident accounts, I would assist in leasing apartments, community functions, or problem solve resident issues.

I was responsible for the daily skill of my clients that were mentally handicapped. I would take them shopping, help clean, and accomplish other daily skills.

I was responsible for running transactions through a register and balancing of the register.
