About Jayda Krusic
I am currently a medical receptionist at Methodist Physicians Clinic. I spend my day checking in patients, scheduling patients, and making phone calls. One of the highlights of my day is chatting with patients and getting to know them. Being a friendly voice on the phone or in person has made a patient's day quite a few times in the year and half that I have been there. I've always been detailed oriented, but this position has tasked me with really paying attention to how many zeroes can be in a group number. Previous to this I worked my way up for eight years to property manager in multi family housing. During my time in property management, I learned the importance of problem solving, multitasking, and teamwork to name a few. I managed a 314 unit property that maintained a 95% or higher occupancy rate. I'm proficient in Microsoft Office products, filing, and other basic office work. I trained new office staff on computer programs, policies, and procedures all while keeping up on my favorite true crime podcasts.
