In this role, I performed a multitude of legal assistant duties such as separating and sorting files for case discoveries; preparing discovery files to be sent to opposing defense attorneys; observing court proceedings; listening to jail calls; analyzing suspect and defendant interviews; and geo-tracking locations of homicide defendants out on bond. I was also responsible for filing motions and subpoenas on behalf of ADA Lynch as well as gathering case evidence from detectives at the Murfreesboro Police Department.
