I have 5 years experience in Customer Service, in person and remote. To me, it is so important to always be polite and bond with the customers to make them feel welcomed and understood. In many instances, customers have thanked me and become regular customers based on my services. My skills include: Professionalism, friendliness, great team player who works well with others, articulate and well-spoken. I’ve had multiple “unruly” customers and know how to handle them in a respectful and professional manner. I am also skilled in working with children and minors. I’ve taken multiple teaching and marketing classes to help these skills. Children need to be handled with care and patience, which I take very seriously. Due to my marketing classes, I am also very skilled in communication, data analysis, advertising, problem solving, and graphic design.
