Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel when on shift. Point of contact for any issues amongst staff, guest complaints or queries. Mainly assisted on the front desk. Would respond to reviews, follow up on any complaints from guests, email enquiries, check guests in and out, assist with meetings and events and anything else that was required on shift.

Supervisor of the front desk, responsible for checking guests in and out (using OnQ), assisting them with any requests, escorting guests to meeting rooms, making and amending reservations, responding to emails and guest reviews online e.g. TripAdvisor etc. Assisted with doing rotas and running the team/department when the Front Office Manager was away. Also responsible for the other staff whilst on shift as well as interviewing and training any new recruits. Started being the Duty Manager when on shift as of April 2019.

Responsible for checking in and out of guests. Attending to guests needs, whether giving directions, booking tours, giving dining recommendations or in house requirements. Have also assisted within the reservations department. Making reservations, amending upcoming bookings, answering emails and phone calls from guests and travel agents.
