Duties: Provide property management for 120+ residential rental properties, Over see tenant selection & lease management & renewals, Directed maintenance, major repairs, and daily operations, compile and transact the trust account daily banking in console, conducted routine inspections and open for inspections for prospective tenants, entering invoices for end of month, rent collection and pay bills with supplying monthly statements, print off rent arrears daily and issue breach's where necessary, maintain knowledge of the current listings, management of tenants and owners files, liaising daily with owners and tenants in a efficient and professional manner.
