As a recruiting coordinator, I have multiple responsibilities; the major goal is to assist recruiters on a daily basis.• Run morning reports that need to be shared in a timely manner• Review and prep candidate’s resumes in order to be submitted to a client• Update candidates file with most recent information and resume• Keep in contact with candidates tracking for a position, be sure they have all necessary paperwork complete, and they don’t have any questions before arriving to the jobsite• Schedule and track pre-employment drug test• Create, edit, and post advertisements for active positions • Clerical and data entry work• Skills in Microsoft office applications
