I started my journey is Sales where I found my passion for providing guidance and support to my fellow employees.As a facilitator I focus on the individuals in the group and adapt learning styles that will bring out the best in them.As a coach I focus on what motivates the individual and discuss achievable outcomes to ensure they improve their skillset.As a Supervisor I focus on developing each coach and facilitator to ensure they can implement techniques overlooked or need assistance with improving. Maintaining rapport with other department managers and superiors to ensure their training requirements are met. I am a dedicated individual that will ensure targets, reports and KPI's are maintained.
