With over a decade of hands-on experience in hospitality management, my core competencies lie in restaurant management and navigating the gaming industry, however my responsibilities extend beyond daily operations, to crafting innovative menus and beverage options in collaboration with chefs and associates. My forte in staff training, regular policy reviews and internal communications keep our team aligned and compliant, ensuring we stay at the forefront of hospitality service.Over my 4 years of study at Deakin University, I have maintained high grades, with a WAM of 81, resulting in a predicted graduation with a High Distinction. I have gained skills in team management, scientific communication, and technical skills such as the use of ArcGIS, R programming, and excel for scientific and analytical purposes.
