Specialising in business administration, I have amassed over 10 year's experience in management and administration. I am passionate about supporting the success of a business through effective and innovative administration practices. In my current role as a Manager of Compliance & Corporate Services, I use my organisational and analytical skills to implement and maintain compliant workplace practices that contribute to the success of the business. I am highly detailed oriented and pride myself on my ability to foresee possible vulnerabilities and strive to implement administrative practices to decrease possible errors and weaknesses. I have strong problem solving skills, which assist me in my role. I am passionate about what I do and believe that a strong administration team is paramount to the success of a team or business. My greatest strengths are my dedication, attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills. Outside of work I enjoy creative activities like writing, crafts and theatre. I grew up in the theatre and have been performing, writing, directing and stage managing since 2004. My greatest achievement in theatre was writing, producing and directing an original musical at age 16.I also enjoy volunteering in the community and hope to one day begin a not-for-profit that focuses on child protection through education of the community, parents and children.
