About Jayde Young

I am passionate about providing meaningful contributions to the development of speech, language, mental, social and physical well-being of others through utilising a person centred and holistic approach. I currently work as a Paediatric Speech Pathologist at Speech Matters WA. I am passionate about early intervention, and have an interest in speech sound development, and early language. This also includes initiating interventions with emergency services when imminent risk is identified whilst continuing to provide support to the help seeker and actively working to reduce the stigmas surrounding mental health through various campaigns in co-ordination with WA State-Wide Suicide Prevention Network.
