• Responsible for marketing of Bench Consultants with various visas like H1B, H4, OPT, CPT, GC, US CITIZEN, and TN.• Finding opportunities according to the consultants profile.• Sharing the various requirements with consultant for confirmation.• Communicating with the consultants daily and update about submission and interviews.• Generating Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct client.• Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / clients, who has been in the industry and can bring existing clients to support us.• Providing lists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.• Arranging the interviews with tier one vendors or end clients. • Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate.

• Responsible for finding and contacting possible applicants for various IT openings. • Carry out phone, video, or in-person interviews to further evaluate the applicant's credentials and suitability for the position. • Finding the job requirements according to candidate’s profile & preference (job title, experience, skills, open to relocation or not etc.). • Using various job portals & HR firms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Simply hired, Linkup, Monster, Google jobs, Randstad, Capgemini, Collabera, Robert Half, etc.• Networking with recruiters of various companies.• Scheduling screenings and interviews according to candidate’s availability and time zones.• Establishing and sustaining a network of potential job applicants. • Coordinating all aspects of the hiring process, including sourcing candidates, negotiating employment terms, and integrating new staff. • Ensure that candidates have a great hiring experience, including timely contact and feedback.

• Involved in selling the bench consultants, screening candidates. • Searching in various portals and sites, qualifying, scheduling interviews for candidates according to availability of the candidate. • Rate negotiations, and closing through LinkedIn.

• Cold Calling on Outbound leads and Inbound leads.• Generating leads via social media, Apartment Campaigns, School Campaigns, Hoardings, Advertisements and Referral Leads.• Gathering requirements of customer, plan a meeting with them to provide a brief ideas and knowledge about product and services.• Closing Deals, explaining financial terms and conditions as having good hands-on finance partners like ABFL, Fullerton, InCred, Avanse, ShopSe, PayU, RazorPay.• Using CRM (Lead Squared), Achieve Portal, Salesforce, MS-Excel tools to manage sales data, revenue and customer details.• Generating Revenue on Daily and Weekly basis as per Targets, evaluating my own performance by taking help from Team Lead, solving problems of customer on time-to- time basis.• Plan Strategically about B2B and B2C Sales and Execute accordingly via presentation skills, Communication skills, Sales skills, negotiation skills and closing skills.
