Essential Function – Keys Roles & Responsibilities ●Access provisioning /modify/ revoke ●Resolving Remedy ticket or access issues●Access Certification (Certification & Recertification)●Reducing end user escalation and working on Priority tickets promptly●Researching and reporting any risk issue out of access provisioning●Exhibit sound Judgment and decisions making skills with regards to the review of input for adherence to corporate policies and Procedures, especially for those instances where specific situation is not strictly covered within these guidelines●Running daily reports on multiple platforms [SAM (Simple Access Management), Service now, Mainframe, Web-application, etc.]●Working on the Remedy Incident Tool & resolving application access issue for employees.●Creating LAN access and Exchange Access for Outlook mailbox for new users, shared drives access & password resetting for same.●Manage user IDs (Password Resets/creates/revoke, deletes, modify privileges) for the Distributed, Mainframe and Applications after the required approvals have been issued.●Exposures to platforms like Mainframe, DBArtisan, Oracle, Sybase servers, Windows Active Directory, Citrix Metaframe (Remote Desktop) & LDAP (Lightweight Data Access Protocol).●Maintain SLA (Service Level Agreement) for reported issues & request within given period.●Working on Desktop application access & issues for employees.●Responds to email requests from users for application support.●Provide access to ‘System Applications ‘as employees requirement efficiently Assigns work orders to appropriate level of support group.●Follows up with next level on any issues that are not resolved by due date, to ensure timely resolution.●Troubleshooting resolution for any reported problems, Software installations at L1, L2.

RESPONSIBILITIES●Provide administrative support for an operational area related to information security.●As per request received to Add/Delete/Modify access on Multiple application. ●Transfer and revoke access to high level financial applications used by BNY Mellon Employees & contractors for their daily financial transactions. ●Creation of high-level sensitive access Novell/ LAN accounts. ●SEI request, Lotus Notes and Exchange Server access, LAN Server access and other high-level shared drive access as per the requests received. ●Effectively researching & resolving client application issue through Remedy ticket/ Email requests with the domain expertise. ●Reporting and finding ways to reduce the Turn Around Time of requests for better service delivery. ●Identify or highlight any risk & compliance issues while provisioning access
