+ To manage pre - production activity such as approvals fits, sourcing of fabrics, trims & accessories, production, inspection of samples, sharing sample comments to vendor.+To negotiate with the mills and vendors for cost effectiveness.+Managing approvals of fabric , trims & accessories.+ Vendor management.+ Sales report review weekly and monthly basis.+ Travel to vendor place regularly to get status on production &keep tracking on order follow up.+ Working on OTB sheet and making purchase plan accordingly.+ Inventory management.+ SKU Allocation planning.+ Inward coordinate between factory to warehouse.+ Vendor follow up to achieve required delivery.+ Coordinate with the embroidery and print supplier.+ MBQ & ARS analysis.
