Role involves in producing recurring Standard reports by extracting the data from remote server using SQL and SAP.•Reviewing contracts is a daily activity which includes checking of the start and End date, signature of both the parties with company seal, Payment Terms, amount, Currency and tenure of the contracts, SOW and SLA.•Managing tools, SharePoint, mailbox etc.•Worked in Henkel reporting team which includes actives like making daily, monthly and quarterly reports for the high level management.(P2P process)•Worked in Vendor Inquiry Team (Help desk) procure to pay process(Henkel)-Handling calls from Australia and New Zealand suppliers and resolving queries related to invoices and ensuring payments to the suppliers on time to maintain the Henkel goodwill. •Worked as an analyst for Cisco Collection team (Releasing customer orders and collecting the outstanding debts from the partners and rectifying the disputed invoices on timely manner in order to meet the SLA and monthly targets).
