Project: Cenovus Energy Inc. – A leader in oil and gas development and production.Leadership and Collaboration:• Led a team of 4 resources and bridged the gap between the client and the development team through working on various enhancements and changes.• Acted as a liaison between SCM and other departments within Cenovus i.e. HR, Asset Management & Finance on various forums.• Actively participated in and contribute to the IT Change Management process.Enhancements, Fixes and Upgrade:• Identified opportunities for potential improvements to system functionality and/or business processes including recommendation of changes, impact analysis and establish support structure.• Handled multiple business critical enhancements projects, acting as project manager for some. • Involved in gathering business requirements, designing solutions, coordinating the development effort, extensive and meticulous testing (SDLC).
