Propose and implement changes to enhance overall equipment effectiveness and productivity.∆ Responsible for spares planning to strike balance between availability of critical spares and inventory.∆ Responsible for upgrading existing production line in line with technology changes, removing manual operation with automation.

Includes carrying out tests on equipment’s.∆ Breakdown analysis (Using WHY-WHY, 8D, CAPA).∆ To Execute Daily/Monthly/Annual preventive & predictive maintenance activities of plant & machinery in the laminated and tempered plant.∆ Able to read & write the PLC program & modify the PLC program as per requirements.∆ To generate & maintain machine maintenance records such as machine history, check sheets, poka-yoke.∆ To generate and maintain Audit Document as well as to handle audit such as IATF, Vendor system audit (VSA) & Safety audit.∆ Ensure 5S at the workplace.
