Being in the premium and luxury retail industry for more than three and a half years as an efficient sales operations professional and working as a well reputed private tutor of Mathematics earlier for more than eight years, have wonderful communication skills and convincing ability, can understand the client requirements well and work accordingly. Being a UPSC CDSE (Indian Army) aspirant earlier, I have an excellent teamsmanship and flexibility towards working schedules in the cores. Starting my retail journey from Tommy Hilfiger as a Fashion Consultant, then Customer Relationship Officer at Calvin Klein Jeans, currently I have been working as a Senior Customer Relationship Executive at ETHOS Limited and have proficiency in performing the duties like maintaining the team attendance, looking after the immediate VM'ing whenever required, maintaining the DSR ( Daily Sales Reports), CRO Tracker, taking care about the SOC ( Stock On Hand) and requirements; keeping proper track records of the clients and their purchase trends for future references and maintaining proper relationship with them; and conducting in-store presentations of different brands for training purposes. And parallelly pursuing an MBA in Marketing Management from IGNOU. I have a keen interest in exploring the luxury retail industry in India.
