I am currently an student at the University of Auckland enrolled in a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing & Innovation and Entrepreneurship. My goal is to graduate with first-class honours. I plan to become a future entrepreneur with the knowledge i've gained from my degree and to increase my knowledge along the way.I have been employed by Westview Superette for the past several years in which i was able to get my Lotto Qualification during my time there. I have been granted an opportunity to gain a high level of understanding of how to communicate with customers and make sure they get the best customer service possible. I carried this skill set into another job I currently work at Brand Spanking as a Brand Ambassador in which has taught me futher skills in customer service.I also have 5 years of experience using Zoom and Spatial.io to set up meetings with team members and classmates to discuss work. I have used Zoom to share PowerPoints/Word Documents and for presentations. I was able to optimize this skillset more during Covid in 2020. This allowed me to learn how to work remotely. During this time i worked with several groups. This allowed me to learn how to work online and become a team player. I will be able to work remotely if needed.
