I am an Analytical, highly Technical Civil Engineer with extensive knowledge and experience within field of Road and Canal Construction. With total 6+ years of experience under my belt I have completed 3 Road projects and 1 Canal project. My experience in construction field has given me the ability to Identify, Isolate and Resolve Project critical issues. My approach is deliberate and strategic when planning and organizing project execution. My upmost concern while executing a project is Quality and Profitability.My experience as a Project manager have given me the potential to forecast risk factors while quoting any tender. I have mastered the skill of Construction cost estimation and have participated in tender bidding for several times, helping company to Win tenders and give competitive rates. Quantity surveying has been my strong point which helps me in quickly raising Bills every month and Verifying quantities of Sub-contractors Bills. Dealing with Government departments is a Daily task for me as a Project Manager which has enhanced my Liaising and Professional Relation management skills.As a Site Engineer, I learned how to take Level, prepare level Sheet, Preparing Bar Bending Schedule and making L section. Apart from my regular work Field lab was always my curiosity where I learned various tests like Field density test, deriving Maximum Dry Density, Aggregate Impact Test, Aggregate Flakiness test, Water Absorption test, Concrete Cube testing, Extracting percentage of Bitumen from asphalt road Core.During my carrier starting I was placed as an Aggregate Crusher Plant In-charge, it was a Sandvik three Stage plant with Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher and VSI. Here I got basic information about how mining work of Black stone is done and how crusher plant work.
