Current• Thoroughly monitoring the Progress of Projects in terms of Costing, Billing of the Marhegaon project• Prepared and Submit Tender documents as well as Rate Analysis for Quoting Tenders of various project i.e. Marhegaon PDN and CAD work, Hydropower plant in Saru Himachal Pradesh (only Civil work), Four Laning from Kiratpur to Nerchowk Chandigarh• Co-ordination with Site In-Charge, Billing Engineers, Planning Engineers at site• Preparing and Reviewing work done progress report on weekly, monthly basis which helps me to understand that are we Achieving the Milestone or Lagging behind and thus saving company from any penalty for late work• Skilled in verifying & reporting on executed work of Sub-contractors, Confirming the stages of work accomplished and checking Progress Payments according to the accomplished work• Checking and Verifying of all Sub-contractor Bills with their Measurements and Abstracts with relevant backup• Purchase of Materials, Price negotiation with vendors, collect quotations, comparison with other vendors, prepare purchase orders and get approval from HO, follow up vendors for supply which helped to find new subcontractors and vendors not just with lower rates but also better quality and more credit time thus saving a lot of money as well as improve quality• Planning & procurement of items for production, non-production and raw Materials, Preparation and processing of requisitions and purchase orders• I have done rigorous Liaising with Mining and Pollution Department in Madhya Prades and got permission for Black Trap Mining and Establishing Crusher for aggregate manufacturing just in 2 months (The Process takes normally 3 to 6 months)
