• Performing Technical analysis, data collection, and spreadsheet creation to identify consumers needs relative to energy usage.• Coordinating field survey analysis with Rural Electrification Corporation Limited (REC) to identify market appliances penetrations and consumer behavioral in electricity consumption.• Responsible for overall coordination with Discom/EESL and team management.• Prepare utility technology, and consumer data for DSM analysis.• Responsible for conducting Energy conservation leaning camps to help in spreading its awareness.• Coordinating with B.E.E (Bureau of Energy Efficiency) and SDA (State Designated Agency) to carry out EE/DSM related activities. (Successfully Implemented Energy Conservation Building code, ECBC for the state).• Manage any bid development, selection and contract management.• Preparation of DSM action plan and facilitate Discom in adoption under the scope of DSM regulations.• Presenting the action plan and its associated cost analysis in front of the Honorable state Commission, and State Energy Dept. • Involved in executing SLNP scheme of MoP in Bihar and DELP scheme of MoP in Jharkhand. Managing the entire execution of the DELP scheme in Jharkhand .

• Directly responsible for the smooth operation of a 19.9 MW coal based thermal power plant.• Looking the process and maintenance of AFBC boilers, compressors and turbines including an 80TPH Coal Handling Plant.• Maintaining records and calculation of boiler, turbine efficiency on daily basis. • Applying energy conservation by increasing efficiency & process innovation.• Handling 25 to 30 plant workers who directly reported to me. • Service shift engineer with additional responsibilities of safety and concerns of the workers.• Following the ISO standards & TPM in the daily operations• Proper operational planning & successful execution of annual shutdowns.• Evaluating customer satisfaction by maintaining a quality management service. • Energy auditing• Maintaining the standards in stack emission, functioning of ash handling plant & following the proper environmental norms in ash disposal and coal storage
