Key Responsibilities ●• Preparation & Maintenance of Statutory books of accounts.• Preparation and submission of Cash Flow Statement.• Working with technical team for preparation of cost statement and review of job cost report for the project depicting the forecast of the sales, cost and margin.• Monitoring the direct and indirect overheads of the project by doing variance analysis and checking the Plan Vs Actuals.• Invoicing to client and monitoring of bill receivables and conducting ageing analysis.• Collection of TDS, GST TDS & C-Forms from client on timely basis and accounting the same in books.• Assisting contracts team in preparation of ACE(Accepted Cost Estimate) for bagging of order from client.• MIS reports preparation and submission to HO & client for facilitating the top management for decision making process.• Ensuring payments to vendors & subcontractors by processing their invoices on timely manner.• Managing a team of 8+ members to ensure members work in coordination with each other and can handle independent responsibilities in their domains.• Ensure expense control within operating budget.• Ensure timely filing of service tax & GST returns by vendors so that ITC is availed on timely basis.• Coordination with finance depts of various state govt. clients & Central PSU's ( PGCIL ) to ensure timely release of funds for state and centrally funded projects.• Coordination and liasioning with central and state labour commissioner's to ensure issuance of contract licence, BOCW, ISMA & all other statutory compliances adherence for the projects.• Working Capital Management• Review of advance & performance bank guarantees and ensuring the same in line with contract T&C.• Assisting in internal & external audits for the projects.• Timely inspection of warehouse and ensuring reconciliation of billable & non billable items of the project.• Ensuring Digital Implementation in projects like WISA(Workforce Induction & Skills Application) and others
