• Good knowledge on SIP Protocol/ SS7.• Coordinating with more than 100 carriers/suppliers across the world for day to day ITFS/ Voipprovisioning activity.• Handling escalations for ITFS provisioning and operations of all major ITFS customers from different parts of the world.• Creating calling & routing plans for new TDM/ Voip customers and end-to-end testing through SONUS and Nortel 300 DMS Switches.• Providing support to internal departments for ITFS/ Voip Customers’ trouble shooting.• Maintaining call flow from the carriers up to customer’s switches by use of MTP and SCCP layers of SS7.• Translation of Incoming number and forward it to destination Customer’s Trunk or direct to international carriers or to Nextone for IP customers.• Additional responsibilities include providing weekly/monthly reports and mentoring juniors.• Defining translations related to customer and supplier trunk groups in Sonus PSX/Nortel DMS 300 switches with end to end testing.• Migration of ITFS traffic from Nortel DMS 300 to Sonus PSX switch.• Working on SIP/H.323 Protocols for Provisioning of Enterprise/ILD/Hubbing Customers & Vendors on Nextone & Sonus NBS 5200 & starting of production traffic after successful testing.Hands on switching & networking.
