As Chief Operating Officer(COO) of Wealthapp am responsible for Business Development esp. for North India along with dual responsibility of enhancement and utilization of technology for our website and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).Prior to the above responsibility for a period of two decades, I have held senior positions in Retail Bank & Wealth Management like Program Head for Van Gogh Preferred Bank(ABN/RBS), Cluster Head for Retail Banking, Branch Head for MNC's viz Abn Amro Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland,India Banking giants viz ICICI Bank and finaly being Finance Business partner in Natwest GCC set up in India. I am a Commerce graduate and the Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India(ICAI) and I identify the following skills as my strength - Wealth Management, Relationship Management, Cost Management, Automation, Team Management, Analytical Thinking, Financial Modelling, Strategic Thinker, Sales & Marketing.Among my accomplishments are ::Managing a AUA of Rs 5500 Crore with 40000 clients as Program Head for Van Gogh Preferred Banking at Abn Amro/ Royal Bank of Scotland Bank , Simplifying and automating 150 reports to a concise nos of 25 thru deployment of BOTS and upgrading business to self help techniques. As a Cluster Head establishing the Abn Amro Brand name in new territories of Rajasthan, Punjab & Western UP. Starting the concept of suitcase banking for wealth products in Abn Amro/ Royal Bank of Scotland and being felicitated by top management for the same. Establishing the Abn Amro/ Royal Bank of Scotland Brand name as a brand of choice amongst the Financial and Govt. Institution in North of India for Investment products.(viz : Co op Bank, Regional Rural Banks, Apex Banks etc.)As a Branch Manager in the initial stages of my career I was the winner of K.V. Kamath Achievement award in ICICI Bank for fulfilling 150% of my targets in every category.
