➢Design and Development of Relays, Blower Fan Regulators, Regulators, Exhaust Gas PressureSensors, Pump Electronic Module, Air Flow Sensors etc.➢ Designing includes Automotive Plastic, Casting, Sheet Metal Design, NPD, PCB layouts etc.➢ Responsible for detailed part, assembly drawing, prototyping & validating the product fitment.➢ Designing Test Setup, Test Adapter, Jigs-Fixtures for testing of Automotive Electronic Products.➢ Complete RM, SF, FG Parts, BOM creation for New Product Development in SAP MM & PP Module.➢ Communicating & Coordinating with German Team to finalize BOM, Part & Assembly Design/Drawings.➢ Collaborating with cross functional team like NPD team & supplier for assessing tooling development & initial sample inspection etc. till the serial launch of products.➢ Design and development of Jigs & fixtures for PCB soldering and other production processes.➢ Implemented major Kaizens i.e., POKA-YOKE’s for customer complaint along with Cost Saving.➢ Supervising & Supporting with Production Dept. for assembly of the product during pilot batches.➢ Design review of my peers, giving feedback for smooth design & manufacturing.
