• Designed and managed the development of a $300k commercial, off the shelf dry-cleaning point of sale system. Currently the software is operating, defect free, in nine customer store fronts and processes more than three thousand pieces of clothing per day. Extremely high transaction counts required the software to be efficient and fast for users to enter in new invoices and tag clothing to be processed. Easy to implement, easy to use revONE POS software creates a positive environment for new sales and in turn revenue is expected to rise exponentially as new customers are quickly brought on board. • Architected a heat-seal process for barcoding customer garments which ensured faster and more accurate data entry into the revONE POS system. This process both saves the company money and increases customer satisfaction by decreasing clothing losses from tags becoming unreadable or falling off clothing. Scanning barcodes vs typing in tag numbers is less error prone and increases ease and efficiency for the users of the software.• Designed a route calculation algorithm using google maps OR tools API which decreases vehicle fuel and maintenance costs and increases company revenue with faster, safer and more efficient deliveries of clothing to customers. The route API will allow the future design of a Uber style mobile app for delivery drivers to give them the best route order for their deliveries as well as the ability to process real time route changes.• Built a web enabled decision support system with dashboards and reports. • Created a visually amazing and 100% uptime Apple/Android mobile app leveraging Azure SQL and web services to let users know where liquor was on sale in Alberta.• At Liquor Flip’s peak it showed 4,000 installs and approximately 100 users per day searching for sales.• The mobile app had a retention rate higher than industry standards for mobile apps.• Liquor Flip collected vast amounts of data which allowed Alberta liquor stores to report on and research customer searches, preference trends and liquor store browsing history.

• Architected, managed and supported a software interface between revONE and a million dollar Metal Progetti automated garment assembly and distribution system. More than five thousand text file MAP/BAM formatted transactions are processed per day without error. • Successfully managed language barriers in file format documentation which were written in English by Italian developers.• Testing the interface was extremely difficult as the MAP/BAM equipment was continually in use by employees.
