Currently in my life, the most significant professional experience that has been most rewarding to me was my time as a Shift Supervisor. With having a wide range of responsibilities, I had to be quick on my feet to solve evolving events that could take place anytime. My position had to value the principles of customer service which only greatly increased my attention to helping individualize my solutions. I was able to overcome obstacles between members and help establish ways to make the store work more efficiently than before. I developed great friendships and learned to value everyone’s skills and abilities. I learned to diagnose the abilities of others, create solutions to complex events, and analyze failures and devoting resources to overcome them. I learned how to better reflect my abilities into a leadership role. I am a hard worker that consistently sets strong goals for myself. I distinguish myself as a strong minded individual who is dedicated to having a successful career. I consider myself as an optimistic person, but also well-minded and logical. In my mind, results can be created in a realistic and stable manner as I don’t pretend issues exist but work towards overcoming them. All milestones can be exceeded, so I constantly push myself to amplify my expectations. I am extremely motivated to create results and being able to solve complex issues with like-minded individuals. I prefer to be well-organized so results come at a timely manner and prove to be effectively thorough. I am a firm believer in open-communication. I spend most of my time analyzing and researching current events. I consider myself part of the Open-source intelligence (OSINT) community by utilizing a Twitter handle. I like to learn about military events and how they implicate regional countries and the world.
