Daily responsibilities of a warranty specialist included working to resolve any existing workmanship concerns covered by the MADSKY workmanship warranty by having had roofing or other work completed by contractors in our network. Communication between MADSKY, the contractor responsible for the warranty repairs, and most importantly the homeowner was crucial.

As Dispatch Manager, my daily responsibilities consisted of managing a team of 5-10 other dispatchers fielding new hail/wind claims through our insurance company partners and their relationship with our company as a preferred vendor. We followed strict service level agreements with each carrier client to make contact with each of their insured homeowners and have an inspection of their property scheduled with a contractor in our network within 1 hour and 24 hours, respectively.
