With over 30 banks on our panel, along with my experience and expertise in the mortgage broking field, I am confident in ensuring our clients achieve their ultimate goals in a smooth and seamless process.After joining Accru Melbourne in January 2016, I have been working on a variety of cases including assisting clients with the purchase of a property, helping clients refinance to another bank to obtain a better interest rate and aiding clients in cashing out equity from their property in order to make personal purchases or for investment purposes.In addition, I can help with consolidations of debt to save money, financing for the purchase of commercial property, start up a new business or finance for the purchase of any motor vehicles, assets or equipment.Prior to Accru, I also worked as a Mortgage Broker at a boutique mortgage broking/conveyancing firm based in Box Hill. I was the case handler for hundreds of deals and successfully ensured settlement occurred smoothly for all of them. In addition, a part of my employment was to work closely with solicitors; this helped me develop a deep understanding of the general process and requirements of Conveyancing. During this time I also obtained my Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking and joined the MFAA as an Accredited Finance Broker.
