I am currently the Regional Service Manager for Paterson NJ, Hyacinth Foundation. Prior to that I was a Retail store manager for stores like Banana Republic, Club Monaco, Converse, and Psycho Bunny. I focused on training, driving sales, hiring and provided product knowledge info for my region. I also coordinated events and marketing opportunities to maximize foot traffic as well as overall KPI’s.I am detail oriented and driven with over 20 years of customer service / management experience, and have extensive knowledge of sales, customer service, recruiting, personnel training, and merchandising. During the years I have worked in Flagships stores, Warehouses and Showrooms. Alongside that I am about community. Every job I have had deals with communication, people and problem solving. My diverse skills and qualifications will make me an asset to any team. I am able to offer great enthusiasm, passion and know how. I always look forward to playing an essential role in helping deliver results that benefit the business and achieve ambitions.
