As a salesfloor associate, I have and play many roles and responsibilities. Some of my roles include leadership roles in training new hires, also having an interactive personality and a trusting judgement from others and colleagues based on my knowledge. My responsibilities including managing the POS system and keeping consistent cash flow and having seamless and efficient transactions, assisting costumers with certain home needs and having home repair and power tool knowledge to do so, having certification to maneuver a forklift vehicle license cautiously replenish gas/propane in forklift or RV vehicles.
