Providing Customer service, assisting members in breakdown situations and processing customer memberships

- Providing Customer Service over the phone and in person.- recording and actioning Customer orders.- Supporting customers to ensure a top dining experience.- Opening and closing tasks, daily cash up, receipt submission, till reset and cleaning tasks.- Training and supporting new employees.

- Working independently to complete tasks and manage orders within specified time frames.- Working with stock and product displays.- Ensuring display presentation is maintained.- Providing customer service, assisting customers to find products, answer queries and represent the company with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.- Completed education around customer service, food health safety and workplace safety.
