As a Behavioral Health Technician at Applied Behavior Consultants (ABC), I apply my skills in behavior management and applied behavior analysis (ABA) to help clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. I work with a team of professionals to implement individualized treatment plans, collect and record data, and monitor progress. I also use my problem solving skills to handle any issues that arise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Prior to joining ABC, I worked as a Problem Solver at Amazon, where I resolved customer and operational problems using data analysis and critical thinking. I also have experience as a Server at Texas Roadhouse, where I provided excellent customer service and teamwork. I am passionate about helping people improve their quality of life and achieve their goals through evidence-based and compassionate interventions.
