My name is Jayden Prichard, I have relative experience in the construction industry primarily being in Carpentry and previously TA (Trade Assistant) I also have 5 years experience in Labouring. In both my labouring and construction roles I have been appointed team leader and leading hand, which has provided me with experience in being a team player, leading a team with my empathetic yet persistent and assertive attitude which I believe will translate well into other industries and career paths. I generally pride myself in my ability to solve problems, learning in fast paced environments, eagerness to learn new skills, and my attitude to work including a dedicated loyalty to my workplace. I have an ambitious demeanour in which inspirers me to join a company which allows me to grow and progress up the ladder, I am not complacent and I want to show my value whilst developing skills and experience to escalate myself into potential leader/senior roles down the track.
