Support engineer work: Provide first tier technical support to the agile teams, as well as, timely and accurate solutions to technical problems. Track and report scorecard metrics to help keep a pulse on the business and inform strategic decisions. Escalate issues to the agile teams that cannot be resolved via the engineering support desk.• Contribute to product and technical knowledge bases in various online spaces. Comfortable collaborating with the product team and helping to inform and influence current and future product decisions.

• Implement fullstack software development technologies learned during a full time immersive program that was remote. Hosted a majority of my projects online through GitHub.• Built the back end of applications with RESTful API’s using Node JS, Express JS, and Postgres SQL server. Built the front end of applications using Javascript, React, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.• Took additional courses to learn more about front-end development, specifically Responsive Web design and Accessibility.Solo Project: Let’s Go Retro!• Creating an app for the needs of a vintage society and pinup community. There are many events that take place all over the country and worldwide. However, there is not a centralized location to access the information, which is what my app is designed to do.• Through this fully CRUD application you can find events throughout the country. The app allows users to create an account. There is an event page that lists the type of event, date, name, and a link to their media page if applicable. Users can request to add an event as well.• Technologies used: HTML5, CSS3, PostgreSQL, React, Redux, Redux-Saga, APIs, Heroku

• Deliver case management to victims of crimes in the emergency department of a Level 1 trauma center to reduce recidivism• Monitor and review clients' risks, needs, and progress, and develop action plans to support their recovery and rehabilitation• Incorporate narrative medicine and motivational interviewing techniques into the action plan process to motivate and encourage clients• Establish and strengthen collaborations with community partners to provide comprehensive support to clients• Collect and track statistical and medical record documentation to support ongoing program evaluation and improvement.
