Bolt Solutions is an Australian based Building Company. Founded in 2015, Bolt Solutions has rapidly become one of Sydney's leading handyman providers across the inner west providing building solutions at a consumable price. Jayden has worked on a number of buildings and structures until the completion of the project while spending a large amount of time on site. Jayden has liaised with various individuals across each project as part of his daily job, in addition, negotiating with outside contractors to ensure pricing and quality is delivered to the project. Jayden has planned all projects from start to finish, overseen the day-to-day running and progress report, developed contacts with senior staff for each project, and ensure health and safety standards are met. Top Projects:• Leichhardt $1.8Million Dollar Construction Restoration This project is aimed to restore an 1883 free standing house in the town of Leichhardt. Tasks within this restoration are kitchen renovation, bathroom restoration and a full garden redesign and landscape. • Olympic Park (Olympic Village Balcony replacements) $640k This project was to remove and restore the balconies in the old Olympic village. Due to a poor design in the initial construction of the building, this has caused them to be deemed unsafe and in need of a full restoration which was undertaken.

Igknight is a community service organisation committed to providing services that enhance and enrich the lives of individuals living with disabilities, disadvantages, and mental health issues. Jayden is required to work with participants one-on-one, or in a group and at times working alongside other Development Mentors to meet the individual needs of the client. In addition, he has implemented significant personalised plans to support these individuals, allowing Igknight to showcase the success of these plans to supporting organisations. This has enabled Igknight to obtain a larger client base due to the success of these structured schemes.

The Project Value: 2.1 million dollars. As a Construction Worker on the Keiraville Case Container project, Jayden was responsible for working alongside project managers, tradesmen, architects, engineers, and other members of the project team to ensure the successful completion of the $2.1 million dollar home. The project was made up of 12 shipping containers, located in Wollongong NSW. Jayden was responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction, maintenance, and safety to ensure the project was completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. A brief outline of the timeframe of the project: • Two buildings to be constructed out of recycles shipping containers. The two homes were to be side by side and constructed out of 12 recycled shipping containers. • Land was purchased in July 2013, and began the planning process and onboarding of all necessary trades. • After receiving a construction certificate in August 2015, the building commenced work with the retaining wall, ground plumbing water tanks and footings. • 2017 the shipping containers arrived, and work commenced on the internal structural steel frames, roofing and exterior burnishing and painting. • 2018 the continuation of the steel joinery as well as the addition of features such as the protruding steel box windows, doors, further internal framing, and services. • Worked towards completing the interior fit out and landscaping to obtain occupation certificates for June 2019. • December 2019 Job was complete, and all regulations and assessments were passed.

The MAAP team is an Australian racing team with a simple aim: have a blast riding hard and racing with mates. Formed in 2015; the MAAP Racing team has delivered outstanding results across a number of disciplines from road racing and criteriums, through to cross country mountain biking and cyclocross across the continent. Jayden raced for the MAAP Cycling team for two seasons, in the position he continuously delivered to the highest standard. Obtaining one Australia title while dominating categories across various disciplines. Furthermore, the team represented the brand at various events, trade shows and public functions showcasing the breath of the MAAP apparel as well as the variety of other brands that supported the team.

Comacchio Pty Ltd is a Wollongong based building company working across the Illawarra Region. Comacchio has a large focus on working with the universities and school across Wollongong working to maintain all the building facilities with a wide variety of projects. Jayden’s focus was to engage with various trades from carpenters to electricians to ensure each project was completed in a timely manner and to the desired specifications. Through this Jayden was able to gain a basic understanding alongside tradesman ensuring the jobs were completed to the specific needs of the clients.
