The Jesup Project - Jesup, USA: 1200tph mineral sands wet concentrator plant. Early works engineering design including pump and piping calculations, preparation of schedules, P&ID development, Scope of Work Packages and MTOs, and technical bid evaluations. Value engineering and Detailed Design phases. Investigated any possibilities for optimization. Refined calculations for mechanical equipment, finalisation of documentation, and review of general arrangement drawings for mechanical equipment.Kenmare Project – Moma, Mozambique: 500tph floating mineral sands wet concentrator plant. Detailed Design and Procurement phase. Completing technical bid evaluations and finalising vendors information, package engineer for all equipment, development of logistics schedule and liaising with client’s logistics coordinator.IMMM Project – Joypurhat, Bangladesh: 8tph spiral pilot plant and dry separation laboratory. Lead mechanical engineer of the project from concept to detailed design.
