Host for a highly popular fine dining restaurant at UIUC. I maintain the flow of customers of up to waitlists of 50 while managing to go orders and cleaning and setting up tables

Serving, running, bussing for corporate events, weddings, or any large scale events in the Chicagoland area

Partnered with the Alzheimer’s Association to attend events such as the Walk To End Alzheimer’s every year, and having pie fundraisers every semester. Involved in the Urbana community as well attending in Illini Lights Out and other service events.

Making mochi donuts and designing them according to the weekly flavors, making a variety of drinks including milk tea, smoothies, coffees, etc. Prepare and fry Korean Rice Hotdogs.

Managing guests checking in and out as well as the back of house laundry room.
