As an aspiring Human Resource Worker, I am passionate about fostering inclusive workplace environments and optimizing talent acquisition strategies. My recent experience as an HR Intern at Allison Transmission allowed me to gain hands-on experience in both the Talent Acquisition and Inclusion & Diversity Departments. This role deepened my understanding of recruitment processes and the importance of building diverse teams that drive organizational success.In addition to my internship, I actively engage in the Human Resource Association, where I collaborate with peers and industry professionals to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in human resources. Serving as Vice President of Activate O'Neill, a leadership program at the O'Neill School, has further honed my leadership and organizational skills, enabling me to take initiative and lead projects that benefit our community.I am currently looking for a upcoming summer internship to help me continue to learn and develop more skills/traits within the HR field as a professional.
