Lead a team of 20-25 ambassadors on a campaign to grow and win the Up n Up presale completion against 70+ other competing universities. Incorporated on and off season planning, social media campaigns, event planning and management, DJing, team building, and coordinating with many other event groups, bars and small businesses in the Santa Barbara Area

Collaborating with other students from UCSB to compete against other colleges in the country for a music festival competition based off of ticket presales. This is a concert promotion based position incorporating teamwork, brainstorming and the ability to motivate others across both the digital and in-person spheres.

Leading event promotion and coordination for the organization, and serving as the consistent opening act. Includes hiring and managing event staff, stage setup, A/V production, and sourcing vendors.Coordinating across initiatives regarding budget, schedule, other necessary communications. Lead event production, doing art and decorations, assisting with sound, lighting, load-in, load-out, between parties and community events and themed events that have grossed over $6,000 in revenue as well as drawn hundreds of guests.Spearheaded efforts to grow IVWUBZ’s online community by up to 400 members through social media marketing and community engagement tools (e.g. tabling, SMS list, GroupMe, giveaways).Planned and designed all social media and branding, keeping a consistent posting schedule, and maintained a 20% increase of followers every month.

Worked full time for a 22 week contract in order to lay the foundations for, and create an online community, while helping to take on a larger project reworking the internal structures of company infrastructure via Notion.Sought out and found multiple different ways to source new community members, adjusted to their demographics and made resulting updates. Helped contribute to multiple art initiatives creating graphics and animations for the company, developing an AI generated newsletter, a custom shop page, and seeing a community growth of over 100% during my time. Led multiple project initiatives from creating and running competitions and contests, to updating the UI, UX of our Discord based community platform, to leading a team of novice computer scientists in a through the development, creation and deployment of AI based education products that might assist teachers in a changing sphere. Reorganized the entire company's note taking and project management system, revamping into a Notion homepage that is flexible and self updates out of a company wide area to jot down notes. Did this essentially solo and communicated with higher ups throughout the process in order to best integrate new technology into the company.

Developed course curriculum related to Reinforcement Learning and Python Game Development, Large Language Models and GPT-3. Worked with and taught groups of high school students python, pygame, game development principles and coached them through the development of their own game.

Led a 40 person team through the planning and execution of all school spirit related events for the year. Dances, dinners, grade events, merch, fundraising, lunchtime snack options, were all things which I both planned and helped facilitate the planning of.Acted as a voice of the student community and had continuous communications with school administration in order to help student voices remain heard. Developed a kind, passionate, and connected community through leadership.
