- Manages day-to-day operations of the "Choice Market" food pantry, supporting 3,500+ families. - Handles food distribution logistics, emergency food needs, housing access, and services for immigrants and refugees - Recruits, trains, and provides orientations for over 1,000+ active volunteers, provides trainings on crisis de-escalation, customer service, social justice, trauma-informed approach, and volunteer best practices- Coordinates and implements volunteer scheduling at two pantry locations, ensuring over 450+ volunteer hours per week are efficiently allocated through volunteer management and recruitment software- Develops partnerships with over 100+ local businesses, schools, and faith-based organizations to facilitate volunteer and donation opportunities, securing in-kind and financial contributions by community partners- Creates and schedules engaging content for Feast of Justice’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin) to increase visibility and community involvement- Writes and distributes monthly volunteer newsletter released to over 2,000+ volunteers to foster community trust- Plan and oversee appreciation events such as Volunteer Awards Brunch, National Volunteer Week, and MLK Day of service to increase volunteer retention and strengthen community participation- Fundraise over $10,000 through corporate sponsorships to address community needs- Represent Feast of Justice at community speaking engagements, tabling events, and outreach activities- Supervise Volunteer Coordinator staff, including Americorps Vistas and student interns
