My interest in Human Resources derives from my interest in connecting people who share a common goal. I believe everyone, team, and department should not be assembled based solely on an applicant's knowledge and experience. I believe in building the best team, one must account for how their strengths and weakness aligns with whom they will be working for.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors. The mountains, the woods, and the golf course are where one could find me on the weekends. When I am not outside, I enjoy listening to Ted Talks and podcasts and spending time with my cat Scotch.
