Coordinator
Current• Manage and coordinate content recording for the channels within stipulated timelines.• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as play-out partner and content providers forsmooth delivery of content, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer care.• Perform quality check and update of programs into the scheduling system.• Coordinate and monitor the captioning requirements of the channels in applicable markets.• Trouble-shoot and minimize impact in cases of unforeseen circumstances not limited to extensionand cancellation of events, as well as transmission issues.• Document quality standards, system anomalies, operational procedures and reference materials.• Optimize and seek efficiencies in workflow and resource utilization with internal and externalstakeholders.• Uphold service delivery standards to achieve accuracy, consistency, and excellence.
