As Chief Development and Communications Officer, I implement and execute strategic, innovative, and effective fundraising and communication efforts. This includes comprehensive digital and print communication strategies, major gift solicitation, corporate giving, grants and foundations solicitation and management, and more. In addition, I manage a multi-million dollar comprehensive major gifts campaign to expand services and facilities throughout Central Texas.

In addition, I manage a multi-million dollar comprehensive major gifts campaign to expand services and facilities throughout Central Texas.

As Director of Development, I work closely with the Executive Director and the executive team to plan, coordinate, and implement innovative and effective fundraising activities. This includes corporate giving, grants and foundations, fundraising events, online/digital campaigns, peer to peer fundraising, planned giving, and more.

As Associate Director of Development, I am responsible for planning, coordinating and assuring implementation of annual fundraising efforts including fundraising events, online fundraising campaigns, print fundraising campaigns, donor management, gift processing and recognition, corporate volunteer projects, and more. In addition, I provide support for the Comprehensive Major Gifts Campaign (CMGC.)

As Campaign Coordinator I work with department Directors to raise annual funds through targeted email campaigns, special events, and peer-to-peer fundraising. I manage the organization's database, Raiser's Edge NXT, to track donor information and gifts. In addition, I manage donor stewardship through handwritten thank you notes, gifts, and tax acknowledgements.

-Work collaboratively with the Resource Development team to meet annual revenue goals. -Coordinate corporate volunteer opportunities for Williamson County businesses.-Manage up to 100 volunteers for community engagement events and service days.-Develop and implement non-campaign fundraising activities such as small business outreach, special events, Amplify Austin, crowdfunding opportunities, online donation platforms, grant applications, etc. -Manage workplace campaigns to meet annual fundraising goals. -Work with Director of Resource Development and Marketing to create and manage solicitation and engagement strategies with workplace accounts to retain current donors and attract new donors. -Coordinate donor retention and loyalty efforts for workplace campaign coordinators, fragile and loyal donors and partners. Identify, cultivate, and solicit new workplace campaign partners and targeted demographic groups. -Create and/or edit content for marketing materials like press releases, social media posts, flyers, posters, etc.

-Manage workplace campaign relationships to meet annual fundraising goals.-Work with Director of Resource Development and Marketing to create and manage solicitation and engagement strategies with workplace accounts. -Assist with the creation and execution of engagement initiatives, opportunities, and events that advance United Way of Williamson County's community impact goals. -Assist with the development and implementation of non-campaign fundraising activities and strategies. -Create and maintain resources and materials that support resource development efforts.

-Managed 3 strategic programs.-Created promotional materials for programs/events.-Wrote social media posts for events and programs. -Educated clients about medical insurance and guide them in enrollment process. -Wrote press releases for events and programs. -Spoke on behalf of United Way at public events and in front of donors.-Tracked, managed, and inputted data.-Planned events.-Coordinated volunteers and program specific donations.

-Completed 40-hour certification program including classroom training and shadowing.-Worked directly with clients to serve as a hospital accompaniment advocate for sexual assault and domestic violence victims.-Answered phones and create safety plans for clients on crisis hotline-Worked in domestic violence shelter

-Copy edited web content.-Wrote social media posts for social media platforms.-Created and edited content for marketing materials like brochures and rack cards. -General office duties.
