Hi, I'm Mrs. Morgan! Working with children is my passion! I have been working with children in classrooms for the past three years. I specialize in the lower primary grades, but have worked in every grade K-5th. I plan on receiving my ESE Endorsement. Helping students who have learning disabilities has always been my area of interest. My motto is, no child will be left behind or fall between the cracks. As an ESE teacher, I will provide my students with a safe and comfortable environment that fosters learning!At home, I have two children that both have learning disabilities. My son is SLD, and was failing in the public school system! I moved him to a private school. It This opened my eyes to how bad Sarasota County needs educated and experienced ESE teachers! That is where I step in, ensuring students like my son do not get pushed aside. Every student no matter their disability, has an equal chance in becoming a successful student! That is my promise to them as their teachers.I am trained in the following areasSpecialized behavior plans, assisting students diagnosed with Autism, Writing IEP's and following them, using a braille machine, fluency in American Sign Language, using access for students diagnosed with ID, Speach and Language techniques, ESOL accommodations, Assisting students with ADHD or ADD. How to arts intergrade lessons to make them hands on. Teaching in a way that involves the 5 senses and is kinesthetic, visual, and auditory. Redirection and intervention!
