I am Jaydev Singh, a dedicated Junior Research Fellow and Research Scholar in the Department of Education at Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. My research interests are rooted in exploring innovative educational practices and their impact on student well-being and institutional quality.Currently, I am working on a study titled, "Promoting Student Happiness: The Role of Educational Practices, Teacher-Student Relationship, and Campus Environment in Bhutanese Universities." This research focuses on how various educational factors influence student happiness in Bhutan, with a special emphasis on the role of educators and the learning environment.Additionally, I am involved in a comparative study between Bhutan and Finland, examining how these two nations' educational systems foster student happiness through unique cultural and policy frameworks. I am also exploring the integration of Vedic knowledge into modern educational systems and assessing the impact of NAAC's new accreditation system on higher education institutes in India.I am passionate about contributing to a holistic education system that fosters growth, innovation, and well-being among students and educators alike.
