Hi, I’m Jaydip, a Mechanical Design Engineer by profession and an entrepreneur from heart.More than 4 Years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer in the Development Industry. BE in Mechanical Engineering with experience in machine design, SPM, tools, Die Design, product design, industrial knowledge in DFMA, GD&T, BOM, Detailing, and Rendering of product.I started my career as a production engineer in Premier looms mfg. PVT. ltd. Before that, I have worked as a production supervisor in L&T after Graduation for 3-4 months as a trainee.By then I learned that Design is Basic of all Engineering so I started to learn AutoCAD software and apply it to real-life by designing rapier parts for production, it was so much inspiring that I decided that I want to became Mechanical Design Engineer.So I left the company and decided to join EFFITEX Machine LLP as a Mechanical Design engineer. It was Company mainly focus on Design and Development but the problem was that company using software Solidworks and I only know software AutoCAD so I decided to learn Solidworks for improvement.But the problem was I didn't have pc or laptop capable of working with Solidworks so I need to work overtime in the company so that when everyone leaves the company I was learning Solidworks myself by using eBooks as well as YouTube, it was difficult because I need to go in the company in morning 7 am a leave company at night after 10 pm.And I learned software used in a company like Solidworks, Catia and powermill.I also learned to operate CNC/VMC machine, laser machine, and Bending machine for gaining knowledge.I designed TFO, Texturizing machine, Stone vibration machine, Air Texturizing machine, CNC machine, and different kind of machinery there.After that in Jan2020, I leave the company so I have built my own company named Digiengs machine and worked as a Mechanical Design engineer for product development and machine design.I Built Low-cost Mask making machine and Nose pin punching machine during the lockdown period, after that, I have taken a project on DLP 3D printer Design and Developed a body of 3D printers.If you want to talk more about Design Engineering, Machine Making, or Product Design ,hit me up or just email me: digiengs20@gmail.com
