Managing day to day activity planning operations, helping team of agents so that they can meet with their desired standard sales target and deliver quality services on each and every call.2. Looking into operations and people management.5. In operations area we monitor call quality, providing feedback and training and ensure that desired call quality delivered on each and every call.6. Direct dealing with IT support team so if in case any problem occurred on production floor then the problem get resolved on time without affecting productivity.7. In people management.8. Handling Admin work of customers Invoices and billings.9. Maintaining Daily and Monthly revenue report of Individual and Team.
